[연필깎이] broken pencil sharpener

When I had received this pencil sharpener, I didn't know what is happened. Because the sharpener was assembled.
As you see, this sharpener has the rotating part broken.

To my surprise, another pencil sharpener was broken too. I didn't unpack the envelop of this sharpener, so I couldn't know this.
I had took a picture of this package......

As you know the wapping is as it is. And one tear is shawn on the package. Inside of this envelop, a tiny handle is apart from sharpener.
